The classes consist of the following:

Part 1 (15 min - 1 hour)
An overall lecture on French wine regions, grape varietals, AOC, classification, wine making, wine trends, the notion of 'goût du terroir', label reading and many other relevant topics.

Part 2 (45 min - 1 hour)
Participants learn to taste and describe wine using all the commonly used wine jargon. As well as the basics of: the art of food and wine pairing, recognizing aging potental, deciphering restaurants wine lists.

ALL classes offered are suitable for wine lovers at ANY level.
